Click on the images below to explore the projects created by our community during lockdown. Alongside the submissions, we asked participants to respond to a series of questions to help us understand more about their creative project/s and their experience. These included;
- How has lockdown made you feel? Has it impacted your mental health and wellbeing?
- Has your creative project helped you to improve your mental health and wellbeing, both in general and during the pandemic? If so, how?
- In what ways has the Covid-19 lockdown influenced your creativity or changed how you use art?
We hope that this exhibition will provoke reflection and discussion surrounding the positive impact of art on our wellbeing and as a way to encourage people to use creativity to improve health. Visit our ‘Create’ page to explore some of the resources we have put together to inspire you!
